The plug can be preprogrammed with any number of your choosing. The single can be used in conjunction with your already programmed plugs. When all Smart Remote Plugs are used together, you can test multiple ports in succession. The Standard Patch App & Go Tester is supplied with 6 Smart Remote Plugs, preprogrammed from 1 to 6, however, additional plugs are available allowing the user to test or trace more cables in succession before having to relocated the plugs into other outlets on the Patch panel. The more Smart Remote Plugs you have, the more cables you can test.
